No Fears - No Regrets

Welcome to "No Fears No Regrets", this website is basically an online log book documenting the running, biking and triathlon events which I have participated in  like "The Deca Ironman World Championships"  24 mile swim, 1120 mile cycle followed by a 262 mile run held in Mexico on November 10th - 24th 2002.

Apart from running and triathlons, I am also enjoying the fishing here in New England and managed to catch a few trophy fishes both Saltwater and Freshwater as described in the fishing logs.
